Tacat is an original character created for Legendary Guardian and has no basis in cannon from Square Soft in Final Fantasy X. He is one of Auron's contemporaries during his years as a temple dedicated.

The same age as Auron, Kinoc, and Sam, Tacat is a bit of a hedonist. He and Auron often rub each other the wrong way. However, the pair strike up a tentative friendship thanks to Kinoc and Sam playing mediators.

Tacat's influence in Auron's life is not to be underestimated. The pair, while having diffent skills, are evenly matched in a fight. Wellak says of Tacat that he's one of the fastest attackers he's ever seen - that all the boy lacks is focus. He and Auron often spar, both with words and with weapons. Tacat is Auron's foil.

As a trained Warrior Monk, Tacat's weapon of choice is a longsword. He also has magical skills at his disposal similar to those of his rival. He's about 5' 10" with auburn hair.
